Your New Role

  • Work alongside licensed electricians on residential projects throughout Houston, Texas

  • Assist with diagnosing and repairing electrical systems including wiring, outlets, breakers, panels, and lighting

  • Support installation of new electrical components and system upgrades in residential homes

  • Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues and apply safe, code-compliant solutions

  • Help maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and jobsite

  • Document work performed using company-provided iPad and service software

  • Follow NEC standards, local electrical codes, and company safety procedures

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while developing customer service skills

  • Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

  • Contribute to the growth of the electrical division through reliability and quality work

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the electrical trade or a related hands-on field

  • Active Apprentice Electrician license

  • Basic understanding of residential electrical systems and wiring

  • Familiarity with NEC guidelines and electrical safety practices

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties

  • Comfortable working on ladders and in confined or enclosed spaces

  • Experience using basic electrical tools and equipment

  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction

  • Good communication skills and a developing customer service mindset

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
