We are looking for a senior technical recruiter who brings a blend of corporate in-house recruiting experience and staffing agency expertise. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating enterprise-level processes while also demonstrating the agility and hustle of agency-style sourcing and engagement. This dual perspective is critical to building scalable, high-impact recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you will be doing?

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, corporate, and strategic roles across North America.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Leadership and HR to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring performance to drive continuous improvement.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter role.
  • Proven success recruiting in both corporate enterprise environments and staffing agency settings.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for highly technical roles, including:
    • Software Security Engineers
    • Application Developers
    • Cloud Architects
    • Technical Infrastructure Specialists
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for roles in automotive technology, digital transformation, or global IT.
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in automotive technology, digital transformation, or enterprise IT.

Base Salary Range $96,550- 138,061 

5 days in the office in Irvine, CA
