**Position Overview:**

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalating issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

- Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to confidentiality standards.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or service desk environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing superior service.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the overnight shift.
