Job Title: Appointment Setter (Agency)

We’re looking for experienced B2B appointment setters who have booked qualified calls for high-ticket offers ($3K–$15K+). If your experience is primarily low-ticket, customer support, or inbound order taking, this is not a fit. You’ll be setting appointments for a marketing agency (paid ads, GMB optimization, SEO) with business owners. Your role is to qualify, build interest, and book high-quality calls that convert into $5K–$10K+ deals. This is a FULL TIME role!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound & outbound leads (DMs, SMS, email, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects based on business fit and readiness
  • Book high-quality appointments for closers
  • Reduce no-shows and increase show rates
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with leads
  • Build rapport with prospects early on
  • Handle basic objections in early conversations
  • Maintain CRM hygiene + notes
  • Work closely with closers / marketing team
  • Maintain fast and efficient speed-to-lead (goal of <5min)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience setting appointments for B2B or high-ticket offers
  • Strong communication and conversational skills
  • Ability to qualify leads effectively
  • Experience handling early-stage objections
  • Organized with pipeline and follow-ups
  • Reliable, responsive, and coachable
  • Hungry and performance-driven

  • You rely strictly on scripts and can’t adapt
  • You book unqualified calls just to hit numbers
  • You need constant supervision

Compensation:

  • Commission-based (per qualified show or % of closed deals)
  • High performers can scale to $3K–$10K+/month+

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling platforms is advantageous
