Job Description

Do you have strong customer service skills and attention to detail? The University of Alaska Human Resources department is looking for a part-time HR Office Assistant to join our team! This position will perform general office duties and will be located on the UAF campus. The preferred in-office schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., however other schedules may be considered. Duties include greeting visitors, processing mail, digitizing personnel files, processing employment verifications, and handling vendor checks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior work in an office setting preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.

Position Details:

This is a part-time, non-exempt temporary staff position located on the UAF campus in Fairbanks.  New hires will be placed on the  UA temporary staff salary schedule , Grade 76.
