Home2 Suites / Tru by Hilton Ogden is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity to use your maintenance and repair skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused hotel environment.

Pay: $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Typically Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Monday shifts as needed)
Job Type: Part-Time

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our hotel is safe, clean, and fully operational for guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete daily maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, equipment, and common areas
• Monitor and maintain pool temperature and chemical levels to meet health standards
• Maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, and walkways (including seasonal upkeep)
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
