The Opportunity:

We're building a statewide Arizona team of career changers entering financial services the right way — with structured training, real mentorship, and a compensation framework that rewards production from day one. No prior financial services experience required. We provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director.

What you'll do:

• Develop comprehensive financial plans across the 7 planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
• Help Arizona families, retirees, business owners, and professionals implement life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, investment advisory accounts, and retirement plans.
• Build a personal book of business — owned by you from day one, with no binding non-solicitation.
• Participate in the New Associate Program's weekly coaching sessions and structured daily activity framework.

Activity framework:

WealthBridge's New Associate Program follows a structured daily activity framework: consistent prospecting, client meetings, applications, and follow-ups, with weekly accountability through the program team. Activity volume is paired with quality measures — persistency, client retention, and suitability review — so that quantity without quality does not advance producers through the compensation structure. Specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting.

Arizona licensing is fast:

Arizona does not require a pre-licensing education course to sit for the Life & Health exam. You can register directly with PSI at psiexams.com , study 1–2 weeks, test, and be licensed in under 30 days typically. We guide you through PSI registration, study materials, fingerprinting via IdentoGO, and the NIPR application. Your actual timeline depends on exam pass rate and background-check processing.

WealthBridge Financial Group's currently-live New York entry-level Workable posting discloses a good-faith range of $80,000 to $115,000 yearly for first-year new associates. This is the firm's pay-transparency disclosure for new associates; it represents an earnings estimate (not a salary) for commission-based 1099 broker affiliated production. New advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1–12) and scale up as activity, persistency, and book development compound. Requirements

• Arizona residency or intent to relocate.
• Strong desire to build a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated; comfortable with an activity-driven scorecard.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
• Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63/66 within the first 12 months.
• Successful background check and fingerprinting.
• Prior financial services experience is welcome but not required.
