Mark Grover
Mark has worked in the Investigation and intelligence industry for 30 years. First licensed as a Private Investigator in Melbourne in March 1992 means Mark has dealt with the full spectrum of investigations from the smallest and local to complex international intrigues.
At the age of 16 Mark was encouraged by his mother to apply for work experience with a local detective. One week is all it took, awakening an inner calling. After leaving school Mark secured a position with a small detective practice and worked towards his private investigator license, quickly learning all he could, then within a couple of years opening up the doors to his own practice. Since 1992, Mark has been putting his practical skills to work in the local industry and across the world.
Mark's strong international relationships have translated to critical success for Australian clients in a number of cases. Close ties in the far reaches of the globe translates to a direct response on the ground before local authorities have been alerted. Mark's ability to connect with the right resources in critical situations has meant turning dangerous situations into successful outcomes for clients in the most desperate of life's circumstances. Having the cool hand of experience with a warm heart of empathy gives Mark the insight and ability to quickly read fast changing situations, strategise and bring about rapid results. With Diplomas in Loss Adjusting, Security and Risk Management, Certificates in Investigative Services and Government Investigation and regularly participates in educational programs at annual international conferences of the World Investigators Network & World Association of Detectives of which he is a long serving member.
Mark has consistently contributed to the private investigations industry, it's continued growth and development in professional services as an active participant. In 2012 Mark served as the President of the Association of Investigators & Security Professionals in Australia, Mark is a proud member of numerous Australian Organisations w Society. Also a member of the Risk Management Institution of Australasia the peak body for risk management in the Asia-Pacific region covering every sector of the economy and all levels of government.
Mark has a long association with children's & community charities & associations, stemming from his passion to give back to the community. Mark believes in sharing time and resources with those who need it most. His unique style and approach have lead to a number of high profile associations including as a regular commentator on Melbourne’s leading talk back radio station 3AW with Denis Walter. Mark has been a long term ambassador, supporter and sponsor of the Blue Ribbon Day foundation, remembering Police who have given their life in service. Variety the Children's Charity has been another part of Mark's community services not only actively raising funds, but donating time as Secretary on the Board, showing his commitment to a better community through active engagement. Mark is engaged in serving the community where there is a need and embodies the spirit of 'Service Above Self'. And is not above amusing others to be an annual supporter raising awareness for Men's Health during Movember, growing his own moustache.
