Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, trend-aware, and execution-proficient Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our core global Growth vertical under a full-time remote configuration open across India. In this high-leverage production seat, you will hold absolute creative ownership over transforming raw technical product milestones, screen captures, and developer workflows into premium short-form videos people genuinely want to watch. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription data entry logs, basic visual template styling choices, or manual client helpdesk support routing, you will operate an active visual content development, pacing balancing, and motion graphic asset lab. Partnering directly beside distributed software builders, growth teams, and founders, you will convert complex, ambiguous code demos into bite-sized, stop-scrolling visual products. This position does not require decades of senior corporate hierarchy; it requires an visual authority with pristine artistic taste who guides digital video structures fluidly natively using Video Editor, Motion Graphics, and Short Form (Reels/TikTok) primitives, implements changes at high speeds, and takes immense pride in constant product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Creative Pipeline Governance: Own and manage multimedia content blocks independently from initial conceptual brief and raw ideation through structural cutting, visual mixing, and final high-fidelity rendering natively utilizing Video Editor workflows.
• Short-Form Video Instrumentation: Transform messy, unedited screen recordings, technical code walkthroughs, founder livestreams, and product interviews into sharp, premium multi-platform clips tailored for Short Form (Reels/TikTok) and social launch feeds.
• Motion Graphics and Polish Scaffolding: Inject fluid pacing, rhythmic audio alignment, precise dynamic transitions, typographical caption loops, and modern Motion Graphics layers into video timelines.
• Brand Architecture Control: Ensure every piece of outbound growth or advertising media remains strictly aligned with internal brand guidelines, maintaining premium aesthetic quality across all formats.
• Rapid Iteration and Feedback Triage: Move at high startup speeds from rough technical cuts to feedback synchronization and final high-fidelity delivery queues without dropping design quality.
• AI-Powered Creative Tool Testing: Actively experiment with and master emerging generative AI video editing platforms, automated asset generators, and design engines to supercharge visual asset delivery speeds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional history or a standalone portfolio operating as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, Creative Content Developer, Social Media Video Specialist, or closely matching multimedia production capacity.
• Post-Production Software Literacy: Practical working proficiency operating within professional video creation suites, explicitly including After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop (or identical high-end tools).
• A standout visual portfolio demonstrating an extraordinary personal eye for editing rhythm, story structures, visual pacing, and premium design taste.
• Outstanding logical reasoning and proactive habits, showing a strong self-directed drive to make things happen independently without waiting around for continuous corporate hand-holding.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication strengths in English, with an established capability to construct engaging stories cleanly.
