UI UX Designer
Location - Remote
Duration - 2 month extendable contract

Key Requirements:
3-5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience designing complex digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design processes from research through implementation.
Expertise with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps, mockups, and interaction designs.
Hands-on experience conducting or supporting user research, usability testing, user interviews, and task analysis.
Strong collaboration skills working with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Clinical Experts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience within regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or other safety-critical environments.
Human Factors, Usability Engineering, or Human-Centered Design experience.
Highly Preferred:
Familiarity with FDA-regulated products, SaMD, IEC 62366, clinical workflows, or medical device software.
Instructional Design experience is strongly desired.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead UX activities from concept through implementation across multiple digital products.
Define and optimize UX processes, methodologies, and tools.
Translate user and business needs into intuitive, evidence-based experiences.
Create UX deliverables including process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and technical teams.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Please note: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work. Candidates with healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience will be given strong preference.
Job Details: This position is commission-based with tips and offers full-time hours, 6 days a week. Shifts are either 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Clients are served through both walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Team members will be included...
