Job Description

Our client is dedicated to supporting growers with high-quality products, dependable service, and experienced field operations. Our team helps local producers maximize yields and keep their operations running efficiently. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Applicator/Truck Driver to join our team and support field operations throughout the year.

Pay

• $24–$27 per hour with a CDL and pesticide applicator license or fertilizer/chemical application experience
• $22–$24 per hour with a CDL but no applicating experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Busy Seasons (Spring & Fall):

• 70–80 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling during spray season depending on weather and workload

Responsibilities

• Apply and spread fertilizer and chemicals during spring and fall
• Perform general labor tasks during the offseason
• Haul commodities to other locations (CDL holders)
• Complete light maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Operate forklift and manage inventory movement
• Support housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and snow removal

Requirements

• Class A CDL required
• Willingness to learn applicator duties — training provided
• Farming or agricultural background preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
