Night Shift Specialty Welder (MIG / TIG / Flux Core)

Pay: $26–$30/hour DOE

Schedule: Night Shift | 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Tulsa, OK

Night Shift Specialty Welder (MIG / TIG / Flux Core) – Must-Have Requirements

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and flux core welding (all three required)
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused welding skills
• Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Reliable attendance, especially for night shift
• Comfortable working in a fabrication/production environment

• Perform high-quality welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses
• Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to blueprint specifications and tolerances
• Work in a fast-paced production environment where quality and precision matter
• Support a team focused on safety, consistency, and production flow

Night Shift Specialty Welder (MIG / TIG / Flux Core) – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on production parts
• Fit, prep, and weld components to blueprint requirements
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
• Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Night Shift Specialty Welder (MIG / TIG / Flux Core) – Additional Qualifications

• Fabrication experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently on night shift
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Experience in job shop or production welding environment
• Commitment to high-quality welds (no rushed or low-quality production work)
• Stable work history and dependable attendance
