As Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury, you will play a critical role in managing liquidity, capital structure, and financial risk across a global enterprise. This position offers broad exposure to international treasury operations, FP&A forecasting, debt capital s, foreign exchange, and compliance, with visibility to senior leadership and direct impact on enterprise decision-making.

Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Deliver weekly cash flow analysis and real-time liquidity updates to executive leadership.
  • Align short- and medium-term cash forecasts with FP&A operating forecasts to improve accuracy, timing visibility, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance Excel-based cash flow models using historical transaction data and forward-looking assumptions.
  • Analyze cash flow drivers across business units, identifying trends, risks, and working capital improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with FP&A and business unit finance teams to link operational metrics (revenue, margins, capex, restructuring) to liquidity and funding outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain tools to monitor surplus cash balances and support short-term investment strategies.

Treasury Operations

  • Support global treasury operations and banking relationships across multiple regions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including resolving complex treasury issues and integrating new banking products.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal audit and compliance requirements.
  • Document, update, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls.

Financing & Capital s

  • Support management of the company’s debt portfolio, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, and bond issuances.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed debt schedules covering maturities, renewals, interest accruals, and payments.
  • Provide proactive analysis to FP&A and leadership on leverage, covenant headroom, debt capacity, and capital structure under various scenarios.
  • Evaluate financing alternatives and assess impacts on earnings, cash flow, and return metrics.
  • Partner with FP&A to analyze interest rate sensitivity and impacts on forecasted earnings, free cash flow, and valuation.
  • Prepare quarterly covenant calculations and support financial reporting, including 10‑K and 10‑Q disclosures.

Foreign Exchange & Risk Management

  • Assess enterprise-wide foreign currency exposures and recommend appropriate hedging strategies.
  • Execute FX spot, forward, and swap transactions in compliance with treasury policies.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and business units to evaluate FX exposure embedded in revenue, cost structures, and forecasts.

Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting

  • Prepare executive-level and Board materials, including Monthly Performance Reviews, Board presentations, and risk management updates.
  • Build and maintain integrated 3‑statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support forecasting, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis
  • Translate liquidity, capital s activity, and financial risks into clear insights tied to enterprise performance.
  • Provide analytical support on ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional efforts involving Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Strategy, and business unit finance teams.

Treasury Systems & Technology

  • Support and maintain the Kyriba Treasury Management System and associated platforms.
  • Partner with IT, external consultants, and technology vendors to drive system enhancements, automation, and process transformation.

Here's what you'll need

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; MBA a plus 
  • 3–5 years of experience in treasury and/or financial planning & analysis within a complex organization
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; ability to build and maintain complex models
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational drivers
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to present financial insights to executives and non-financial stakeholders 
  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking guidance on complex issues; motivated to grow and take on greater responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

Required Technology & Tools

  • Proficiency with financial systems, such as Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Oracle Planning, or similar
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bloomberg Professional Terminal (preferred)
  • Experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, GTreasury, etc. (preferred)

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

80,900.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

126,450.00

The base salary range for this position is $80,900.00 to $126,450.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
