Job Title: Scrum Master


Location: Vienna, VA

Work Model: Remote – offsite

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective as part of CMDB Data Completeness for Business Applications project to be completed by 12/31/26
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
• Previous experience with ADO and ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
