Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated  RPA Developer  to join our Automation Practice. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that align with the customer's strategic vision and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support innovation across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development
    • Develop RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
    • Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
    • Ensure solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with architectural standards.
  • Collaboration & Analysis
    • Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and team members to identify automation opportunities.
    • Participate in process discovery and documentation sessions.
    • Support the Innovation Hub by prototyping new automation ideas.
  • Governance & Standards
    • Adhere to standards for coding, documentation, testing, and metadata management.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
  • Change Control & Support
    • Implement change control procedures for bot updates and enhancements.
    • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
    • Maintain version control and deployment logs.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Ensure automation solutions comply with security and data protection policies.
    • Collaborate with security and architecture teams to embed secure design principles.
  • Training & Adoption
    • Assist in training users and stakeholders on automation tools and processes.
    • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of automation solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development using industry-standard platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with metadata management, process modeling, and business analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environment.
  • Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.
  • Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
