General Manager — French Bistro | Columbus, OH

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee all aspects of operations at a traditional French bistro in Columbus, Ohio. The Role

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance — from guest satisfaction and team development to financial results and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with real visibility and meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing day-to-day front- and back-of-house operations
• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
• Overseeing labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets
• Budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and P&L management
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Partnering with ownership and marketing to grow revenue and guest traffic

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance
• A demonstrated track record of meeting sales and profitability goals
