I'm Dean Hall, Production Manager at OnYourMark.com LLC, a full-service digital marketing, web development, and AI automation agency based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. We have been in business since 1987, and we take great pride in the long-term relationships we build with both our clients and our associates.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented WordPress developer who understands both the technical and marketing sides of the web — and who is actively embracing AI as part of their daily workflow. You will build and maintain client websites, implement on-page SEO, integrate AI tools and chatbots, and collaborate closely with our team on ongoing projects across a varied portfolio of Wisconsin-based businesses.

This is a **remote, full-time position**, with a commitment of **40 hours per week** within our **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)** window. We are flexible to a reasonable extent, but prefer overlapping hours for communication, training, and team collaboration.

**About Our Training Process**

New associates begin with approximately **100 to 200 hours of structured training** at a reduced rate of $3.00 to $4.50 per hour. This is intentional and fair — and here is why:

Our owner does not mind occasional mistakes during the learning process. He does, however, mind expensive ones. The reduced training rate reflects where we all started, and it creates a rewarding path forward as your skills and contributions grow.

I am a good example of what this path looks like. I have been with OnYourMark for over 12 years. I started remotely, part-time, at a training rate. I now work full-time, earn four times my starting rate plus bonuses, manage production for the entire company, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients. That growth is available to the right person.

Training is largely self-directed using short video tutorials, with as much mentoring and support as we can provide. We assess your skills, your ability to follow directions, work independently, and document your work clearly.

**What We Are Looking For**

Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with:

* WordPress (theme development, customization, troubleshooting)
* PHP, HTML, CSS
* Divi, Elementor, or Thrive Themes page builders
* On-page SEO best practices
* WooCommerce (a plus, not required)
* Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Basic image editing

**AI experience is strongly preferred for this role.** GoHighLevel is increasingly AI-driven, and we use AI across all aspects of our work every single day. Candidates with working knowledge of any of the following will stand out:

* GoHighLevel's built-in AI features — Voice AI, conversation bots, and AI-powered automation workflows
* AI assistants such as Claude or Gemini for content creation and automation workflows
* AI content generation tools
* AI image generation tools
* Any other AI tools you actively use in your daily work

Candidates with hands-on AI experience in their GoHighLevel work will stand out significantly.
