Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs)to join our team to assist and support the Director of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse at Lakeside Generations,  you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Position Type: Part-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday, 16 hours per pay period.

Available Shifts :
Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range: $36.75 - $42.65 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:
Evenings $3 / hour 
Nights (NOC) $4 / hour

Bonus: $5,000

Registered Nurse Responsibilities: 

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
