Job description:
The Regional Manager is a dynamic role that oversees multiple affordable multifamily properties, ensuring they operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
This role collaborates with leadership to strengthen operational performance, support complex property matters, and help implement best practices across the portfolio. The position will also provide leadership and mentorship to Community Managers as assigned, while working closely with executive leadership on portfolio strategy, budgeting, new business opportunities, and client communication. The ideal candidate is a seasoned multifamily leader with strong hands-on expertise in affordable housing programs, financial analysis, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Compensation:
Starting Salary is $80,000-$95,000/yr. based on experience in affordable housing and prior regional manager level experience.
