Job Description

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Monroe, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes operating primarily east of I‑35 and serving the Eastern U.S. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on the first day of employment.

  • Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week (paid by direct deposit every Friday); exact pay depends on experience and route.

  • Home time: weekly or biweekly, depending on fleet assignment.

Typical day on the job:

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules.
  • Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments originating from the Monroe, LA area.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for:

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction are eligible for paid training.
  • Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
