Within the diagnostic imaging department, the Radiology Manager will guide an integrated imaging service line, covering daily operations, scheduling, accreditation readiness, quality metrics, and patient flow, while nurturing a welcoming culture that reflects a genuine community feel and the easygoing pace of a scenic town, ensuring compassionate access and excellent outcomes for every patient encounter.
Reporting to a senior operational leader (such as a Director of Ancillary Services or equivalent), the Diagnostic Imaging Manager leads experienced lead technologists and supervisors, partners closely with a dedicated PACS/RIS team and biomedical engineering, and collaborates with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that includes physicians, APPs, technologists, sonographers, mammographers, and patient access specialists to elevate safety, throughput, dose management, vendor and capital planning, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
