Job Description

Randstad is seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Accountant for a thriving property management company at their Southeast HQ in Pompano Beach.  This role is best suited for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related field and with Property accounting experience.  This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package including health insurance fully covered by the company, 401k with match, PTO and rental property discounts. 

salary: $67,000 - $77,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for an assigned residential property portfolio.
• Produce key financial statements, including monthly/quarterly financial packages and the annual budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of year-end adjustments/billing for common area costs and realty taxes.
• Complete accurate bank reconciliations and assist Accounts Receivable with tenant account reconciliation and outstanding collections.
