Preconstruction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Full-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year

Overview

We are hiring a Preconstruction Project Manager to oversee mechanical and plumbing projects during the preconstruction phase, ensuring smooth transition from project award to field installation.

Responsibilities

Lead project kickoff and preconstruction activities

Develop and manage cost forecasts and schedules

Coordinate BIM models, drawings, submittals, and material schedules

Collaborate with estimating, construction teams, and subcontractors

Track scope changes, RFIs, and value engineering opportunities

Qualifications

* 5+ years mechanical project management experience

Strong knowledge of construction processes and terminology

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Pay & Benefits

$90,000-$120,000 salary
