Job Description

Leading Mechanical Company is seeking qualified Plumbing and Piping Designer & Detailer.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of HVAC Piping, Plumbing Designing, detailing & modeling experience
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Relevant mechanical design with a focus on HVAC and Piping Systems Design
Proficient knowledge of Trane Trace Software and Conceptual Estimating
Relevant engineering certifications
* Experiance in Industrial & Heavy Commerical Projects/Piping/Plumbing
* Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred
* A familiar knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems is desired
* Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination
* Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules
* Able to contribute in design review process and offer value engineering solutions
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
* Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
* License E.I.T or P.E Required
* Excellent knowledge of drafting standards
* Revit is a Must
