Job Description

Connect Staffing is hiring Packers for a juice production facility in Fullerton, CA. This is a temporary position paying $18/hr, Monday–Friday with overtime required. In this role, you will pack and label finished juice and smoothie products, scan barcodes to verify order accuracy, and move completed orders to the shipping area. There are 3–5 openings available, so we're reviewing candidates quickly.

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday availability as needed

Overtime: Weekly OT required (~3 hrs/wk)

Responsibilities
• Pack and label juice and smoothie products for shipping according to order specifications.
• Scan barcodes and verify each order for accuracy, correct items, and no missing or damaged product.
• Sort and move completed packages to the correct shipping staging area.
• Box products and apply shipping labels before orders go out.
• Inspect outgoing merchandise to confirm orders are complete and undamaged.
• Perform general cleanup of the work area throughout the shift.

Minimum Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a juice, beverage, or perishable food production environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse order fulfillment.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and report on time each shift.

Pre-Employment Requirements
• E-Verify / work authorization required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
• Non-slip shoes required (employee-provided).
