Job Title: Freight Dispatcher (Entry-Level & Experienced)
Pay: $800–$1,500+ per week (depending on experience, performance, and skill level)
Job Description:
Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Freight Dispatchers. We accept both entry-level/inexperienced candidates and experienced dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate freight loads for owner-operators and carriers
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Track shipments and provide clients with real-time updates
Problem-solve delays or issues that arise during transport
Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
Required Skills (Experience Optional for Entry-Level):
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, dispatching software)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads simultaneously
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn the freight dispatch process (for entry-level candidates)
Preferred Skills (Experienced Dispatchers):
Prior freight dispatch experience or trucking industry knowledge
Familiarity with ELD systems and load boards
Negotiation and rate confirmation with carriers and brokers
Ability to mentor entry-level dispatchers
