About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Junior Low Voltage Technician to assist with installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various electronic security systems including CCTV, access controls and related low voltage systems across commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
Installation: Pulling, labeling, and terminating cables (coax, fiber, Cat5/6) for security, AV, fire, and data systems.
Assistance: Supporting senior technicians with hardware setup, component assembly, and running wires in walls/ceilings.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing issues in existing low voltage systems.
Tools: Hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters), drills, crimpers, voltmeters, tape measures, ladders.
Technical: Reading blueprints/schematics, basic computer skills, understanding wiring principles.
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communication, teamwork, physical fitness for varied environments, safety-conscious
