Job Title: Low Voltage Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The role involves installing Cat5/Cat6 cabling, CCTV systems, alarms, and entry access devices, including hardware such as Mercury. The technician will work collaboratively in a team environment across multiple buildings, with a lead technician overseeing each site.

Responsibilities

  • Install Cat5/Cat6 cabling and related hardware.
  • Set up CCTV systems, alarms, and entry access devices.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team dynamic across various buildings.
  • Work under the guidance of a lead technician for each building.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in CCTV and security installation.
  • 3+ years of electrical experience, preferably in low voltage.
  • Experience with camera installation and wire pulling.
  • Familiarity with access controls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Self-starter and self-sufficient individual.
  • Must possess own hand tools; larger equipment will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
