Opportunity Overview:

The Learning Experience Designer is a key member of the Learning & Development team, responsible for building and managing POP MART's digital learning ecosystem. This role combines LMS administration, content library management, and eLearning content creation to ensure our store and field teams have access to effective, engaging, and consistent learning experiences.

This role brings training programs to life by transforming existing materials into digital modules, maintaining the learning library, and ensuring a seamless learner experience across the organization.

This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who loves organizing content, building learning systems, and developing digital modules that make training accessible and enjoyable.

This is an onsite role out of our Culver City, CA office.

What You Will Achieve

Learning Content Development

  • Design and build engaging eLearning modules, quizzes, and learning paths using authoring tools.
  • Convert existing SOPs, onboarding materials, and guides into interactive, easy-to-follow digital formats.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with POP MART's brand, culture, and visual standards.

LMS Administration & Optimization

  • Support the launch and day-to-day management of POP MART's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Upload, assign, and track learning modules; manage user access and permissions.
  • Generate reports on completion, quiz results, and engagement metrics to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Continuously enhance the learner experience through system updates and feedback integration.

Content Library Management

  • Maintain an organized digital content library with accurate tagging by topic, role, and learning objective.
  • Oversee the content lifecycle by updating or retiring outdated materials as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify learning gaps and ensure relevant content is available for all roles.

Multimedia & Creative Content Production

  • Create or edit short-form videos, infographics, and other digital job aids to support training initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools and creative software to streamline production and improve learning engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to localize or adapt content for different audiences when needed.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with field leaders and internal subject matter experts to ensure content reflects real operational needs.
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to identify trends, close learning gaps, and improve future training programs.
  • Support L&D projects, rollouts, and initiatives that strengthen the overall learning culture at POP MART.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, eLearning, or LMS administration.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for digital training and communication.
  • Creative problem solver comfortable using new technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required).

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
