Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive impactful campaigns for charity and nonprofit organizations. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience planning and executing fundraising initiatives, outreach programs, and live promotional events that inspire action and build lasting connections.

This position is ideal for motivated, creative individuals who enjoy working with people and want to grow their skills in campaign management, event marketing, and nonprofit communications .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a representative for nonprofit clients at community events, fundraisers, and live activations , building a positive and professional public image
• Collaborate with the Marketing and PR team to design and implement campaigns that align with each nonprofit’s mission and fundraising objectives
• Act as a point of contact between donors, volunteers, and organizations , delivering key messages and fostering engagement
• Assist with all aspects of campaign execution , including event setup, promotional materials, logistics, and post-event wrap-up
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and donor engagement metrics to help improve strategies
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, impactful, and timely delivery of marketing and fundraising initiatives

Who You Are

• A degree or background in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
• Confident in written and verbal communication , with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Creative, proactive, and energized by interacting with people
• Highly organized, detail-oriented , and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
• Passionate about making a difference through nonprofit work and community engagement
