Position Overview

We are hiring motivated individuals to become licensed Sales Representatives through our structured pre-licensing and onboarding program .

This is a career-track opportunity where candidates will:

1. Complete required licensing through our supported schooling program

2. Receive training and mentorship

3. Transition into a full sales role after licensing

This role is ideal for individuals who:

What You’ll Do (Post-Licensing)

• Meet with clients to assess financial and protection needs

• Educate on:

• Build and maintain a referral-based book of business

Licensing & Training Process

• Enrollment in a state-required licensing program (schooling required)

• Structured onboarding and product training

• Mentorship and guidance throughout the process

• Must complete licensing requirements before official start in sales role
