Position: Franchise Business Consultant
Overview
A growing national franchise organization in the residential services sector is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support and coach franchise owners across an established network. This role serves as the primary operational partner to franchisees, helping them improve revenue performance, profitability, and execution of brand standards. The position works closely with owners and operators to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement operational improvements that drive long term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of franchise owners, providing operational coaching and strategic guidance to improve business performance.
• Review and analyze franchisee financials including revenue trends, labor, expenses, and overall profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular field visits to franchise locations to evaluate operations, ensure brand standards are executed, and provide hands on support to franchisees and their teams.
• Work with franchise owners to develop actionable business plans focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and margin improvement.
• Support new franchise openings through onboarding, training, and early stage operational guidance to ensure successful launches.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, training, and leadership to ensure franchisees have the resources needed to operate successfully.
• Track key performance indicators across the franchise system and help franchisees implement best practices that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
Qualifications
• 4 to 8 years of experience in franchise operations, multi unit operations, or field support roles.
• Strong understanding of business performance metrics including revenue, profitability, labor management, and operational KPIs.
• Experience coaching operators, franchisees, or multi location teams.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence business owners.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Preferred Background
• Experience supporting franchise networks in residential services, home services, or service based franchise systems.
• Previous roles such as Franchise Business Consultant, District Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Multi Unit Operations Leader.
