Job Summary

A Foam Assembler opportunity is available in La Vergne, TN for candidates who enjoy hands-on production, assembly, and packaging work in a team-focused manufacturing environment. This 2nd shift role is a great fit for dependable individuals who take pride in quality, accuracy, and meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, fabricate, and package foam products and related materials by hand.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks according to production standards.
- Rotate through different assembly and production stations as needed.
- Operate basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work with team members to meet quality, safety, and production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Shift: 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Location: La Vergne, TN 37086.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in assembly, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar hands-on environment.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Good hand dexterity for handling small parts and completing assembly work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and meet vision requirements, including close vision and focus adjustment.
- No high school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in assembly line, production associate, manufacturing, packaging, or foam assembly work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple workstations.
