As our Shop Service Manager , you’ll be based out of our North Las Vegas location while overseeing maintenance operations for both our North Las Vegas and Henderson shop locations, managing a team of 10 skilled technicians. You’ll ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support shop staff with TCI’s Core Values at the forefront.
Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet needs.
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements .
Build strong relationships with customers and address service concerns.
Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
Manage budgets, costs, and operational productivity.
Conduct regular safety and shop meetings.
Qualifications:
10+ years diesel technician experience.
5+ years shop management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiar with DOT & OSHA regulations.
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
Proficient computer skills.
Compensation:
Salary: Starting $75K plus incentives (based on experience)
