Farm Equipment Operator / General Farm Help position immediately available on this south east Minnesota family farm. The operation raises corn and soybean on 2800 acres. The family has operated the farm at this location since 1972 and its 2 full time employees have been with the farm for over 15 years. Most of the equipment is Case IH and is newer.

The owner believes in treating employees like he would like to be treated and his employs agree that he does.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work employer and 2 other full time employees to plant and harvest 2800 acres corn and soybeans annually
Haul crops to storage and market with semis
Maintain the farms buildings and grounds

QUALIFICATIONS
General farm and farm machinery knowledge required.
CDL preferred but not required
Knowledge for corn and soybean crops
General machinery and vehicle repair knowledge

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of farm or heavy equipment operation

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School or GED

SKILLS
General farm and machinery knowledge required.
CDL preferred but not required
