Job Description



As an Events Assistant , you will play an important role in supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a variety of educational, corporate, and community events. Working alongside our events team, you will help ensure every event is professionally organized, runs smoothly, and provides an outstanding experience for attendees.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, has strong organizational abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events, workshops, and special programs.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare event materials, supplies, and presentation spaces.
  • Communicate with vendors, attendees, and internal departments.
  • Help manage event registrations and participant information.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and administrative records.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas to improve future events and attendee experiences.
