Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Event Staff to support the successful execution of promotional events, community outreach programs, and customer engagement activities. Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
• Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events.
• Support registration and guest engagement activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and event information.
• Help maintain organized and professional event spaces.
• Assist with event logistics and attendee support.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Address attendee questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather attendee feedback and observations from events.
• Represent the company professionally during all event activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
