• Assist senior project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Support resource allocation and monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agenda and follow-ups.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
