Pay Rate: $22–$26/hour (flexible based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal or Legal Administrator to join a small, collaborative team in Newport Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the legal field.
The organization specializes in immigration services supporting the entertainment industry and does not handle courtroom litigation. Full training is provided, making this a great entry point for someone eager to learn and grow in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and manage legal forms and documentation
Conduct basic internet research to support case preparation and administrative needs
Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files
Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination
Support team members across various projects
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required (Paralegal Certificate alone will be considered)
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong interest in pursuing a legal career
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude
