Title: Enterprise Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Description
- Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Lead and coordinate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the desired quality.
- Remove team impediments and proactively resolve obstacles that impact sprint commitments and project progress.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment that promotes accountability and transparency.
- Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and key project metrics to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Support backlog management and work with Product Owners to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical tasks.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback sessions, and Agile process optimization.
- Utilize Agile project management tools to manage work items, track progress, and generate project reports.
- Support hybrid project management initiatives that incorporate both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Assist teams in adopting Agile best practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and project governance.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps.
- 3+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming.
- 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects using hybrid methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive continuous process improvement
