Job Description

We are seeking a bold, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Performance Manager to lead and scale high-impact digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is not just a marketing role; it is a revenue-driving leadership position for someone who thrives on innovation, strategy, and measurable growth.

You will architect, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while leveraging platforms like Go High Level to build advanced automation workflows and high-converting funnels. From creative concept development to full funnel execution, you will blend data-driven decision-making with innovative content strategies that capture attention and convert at scale.

This role is both strategic and client-facing. You will confidently present performance insights, communicate growth strategies, and build trusted relationships with clients while leading internal team members to ensure flawless execution. You must be comfortable guiding creative direction, managing timelines, mentoring team contributors, and driving accountability across campaigns.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, act strategically, and lead decisively, tracking KPIs, improving ROAS, lowering acquisition costs, and continuously optimizing for maximum impact. This person must be experienced with Go High Level CRM.

Requirements

Duties:

  • Manage and optimize Go High Level CRM systems across multiple client accounts, including setting up sub accounts, building advanced workflows, triggers, funnels, automations, segmentation, and comprehensive lead nurturing systems.
  • Architect and oversee full funnel marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization, continuously improving conversion rates and customer journey performance.
  • Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn with clear revenue accountability, optimizing cost per acquisition, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email marketing, and content platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, search visibility, and website traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other data tracking tools to evaluate trends, measure KPIs, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead client-facing marketing meetings, present performance reports, communicate growth strategies, and build trusted relationships while ensuring alignment on revenue goals and expectations.
  • Oversee content strategy and creative direction, including copy development, landing page optimization, and digital assets that support campaign objectives and funnel performance.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization strategies through A/B testing, landing page refinement, and performance marketing techniques to maximize lead generation and sales outcomes.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences designed to increase engagement, improve retention, and drive repeat revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive messaging, seamless execution, and measurable business growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising, marketing automation, CRM innovation, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage and deliver scalable impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Expert Level experience working with Go High Level, building out workflows, automations and understanding of all GHL tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop, along with experience managing content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other programming languages is a plus for website optimization tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategies for conversion optimization and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Strong skills in social media marketing management across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online advertising campaigns aimed at B2B or B2C audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions while maintaining a creative approach to campaign development.
