Job Title: Corporate Lodging Coordinator

Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid)

About Our Client:  

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Corporate Lodging Coordinator to support a fast-paced, service-driven team. This organization values efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of internal support, and is looking for someone who can contribute to both travel coordination and cost-saving initiatives. 

Job Description:  

The Corporate Lodging Coordinator will oversee employee travel arrangements while identifying opportunities to reduce costs through strategic vendor negotiations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with hotels and other travel partners. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including lodging accommodations  
• Communicate with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates, including extended stays and chain-wide agreements  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and take initiative to negotiate improved pricing  
• Utilize travel platforms to manage and track reservations  
• Support administrative tasks related to travel operations  

Qualifications:  

• Experience negotiating hotel rates or working closely with lodging accommodations  
• Background in travel coordination or similar administrative support role  
• Familiarity with Concur or comparable systems such as Navan, Egencia, TravelPerk, itilite, Brex, or Ramp  
• Ability to recognize cost-saving opportunities and confidently negotiate  
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectively  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills  

Additional Details:  

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule  
• Hybrid work environment (in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
