The Board Investigator works with a high degree of independence to investigate consumer complaints of unprofessional or incompetent conduct, analyze information, and apply laws and regulations in real-world situations. You will uphold the integrity and professional standards for multiple licensing boards and programs, including the Board of Social Worker Licensure, Board of Counseling Professionals, Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Board of Examiners of Psychology, and others.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience and working knowledge of:
Minimum Qualifications
A six (6) year combination of education and/or experience in consumer complaint investigations, determining facts, and resolving/recommending resolution to complaints.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
