What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare computer equipment, electronics, peripherals, and analog electronics for sale in the retail stores or online platforms.
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic, and repair of equipment and systems for resale or for customer repair.
  • Erases previously stored data and installs operating systems/ software packages/ drivers onto computers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory system and accurate log of all licenses.
  • Price computer equipment and accessories to achieve maximum sales potential and prepare merchandise for shipment to retail locations.
  • Sorts and recognizes saleable product from incoming donations and maintains computer sales within our Home Office store and procures products for online sales in appropriate and assigned marketplaces.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, high-energy, team environment.

Education, Experience, and Skills that are a must:

  • 2 years of experience in a computer repair related field. Must possess good working knowledge of PC repair and diagnosis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional certification in Information Technology or related field is required. A+ certification preferred.
  • Requires continuous light to medium lifting (25 to 50 lbs.) and requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, bend, stoop, crouch, see, finger, hear, and speak.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and work without close supervision. Must have a pleasant personality and be able to provide courteous customer service.
  • Ability to work 100% of scheduled hours onsite.

Pay Range & Schedule:

  • This position is Full Time, hourly, non-exempt and starts at $14/hour plus quarterly performance based bonuses.
  • Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM and are 100% onsite. This is not a remote position.
