The Sports Staff is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in the sports and entertainment activities experience on the Destination. This role focuses on exceeding Guest satisfaction by proactively engaging with Guests, answering their questions, and inviting them to participate in games, tournaments, and events. The Sports Staff supports the Island Experience Manager in all operational aspects such as competitions, tournaments, beach volleyball, basketball, soccer, games, themed parties, pier welcome, and farewell experiences. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, professional appearance, physical fitness, skills to play and judge various sports games, knowledge of products and services.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
