Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of experience in a comparable business intelligence or analytics position.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
• We value strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• We need hands-on experience with BI and data analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, along with advanced SQL capability, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• We expect experience building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and familiarity with data warehouse environments and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or similar technologies.
• A masters degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data preparation, automation, and analysis is preferred.
• We look for excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• We require excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Normal visual acuity and hearing are required, along with the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer workstation regularly.

• We assess the impact of business strategies and initiatives and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
• We evaluate growth and retention metrics to identify patterns and opportunities.
• We investigate business challenges, determine root causes, and help develop practical solutions.
• We design visually engaging dashboards and data visualizations that highlight key metrics and findings.
• We build interactive visual tools that help stakeholders explore data and make informed decisions.
• We create and maintain dashboards and reports that track performance across sales, finance, operations, and other functions.
• We write and refine complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple source systems.
• We design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver reliable, timely, and accurate data to the warehouse or reporting layer.
• We collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into meaningful analytics and visualization solutions.
• We document methods, data sources, and findings to build a strong business intelligence knowledge base.
• We share insights with stakeholders to improve data understanding and support a data-driven culture.
• We attend departmental meetings, seminars, and training sessions to maintain professional competency and meet compliance requirements.
• We provide customer-focused interactions and complete other department duties as assigned within our scope of practice.
