We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and learning.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Assist in the development of project documentation and reports
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to refine project scope
• Monitor project progress and suggest improvements as necessary
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Provide support to end-users and address any issues that arise during implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
