We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter Assistant for a temporary opportunity supporting our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoys helping people while keeping recruiting processes organized and running efficiently.

In this role, you will support recruiters throughout the hiring process by communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on recruiting and human resources experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in both Spanish and English .
• Translate or interpret basic recruiting-related communications when needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and other databases.
• Prepare recruiting materials, correspondence, interview packets, and hiring documentation.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive and professional hiring experience.
• Assist with posting job openings and organizing applicant responses.
• Support onboarding activities and other recruiting projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
