Bilingual Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Pay range: $42,000-$52,000 per year
