Job Description

Position Summary
Manage K-12 sports programs, management administration of the school’s physical education and recreational physical activities. Serve as official ISAC representative, ensure league compliance, oversee team operation, coach management and student sports development.

Main Duties
1. Program & Leadership Strategy
• Develop and implement a long-term vision for students
• Align athletic goals with the school educational philosophy
• Establish standards for player conduct,coach professionalism, and parent sideline behavior

2. Team Management
• Participating in recruitment job, supervise and train teachers/ coaches
• Standardize daily teaching behavior and professional ethics

3. Safety & Student Management
• Check academic qualification of students，advocate sportsmanship
• Ensure all facilities meet international safety standards
• Maintain an up-to-date emergency action plan for every athletic venue

4. ISAC Affairs
• Attend league meetings and tournaments
• Follow ISAC rules, athlete eligibility and match regulations
• Finish registration and report paperwork on time
• Maintain school reputation in the conference

5. Budget & Facility
• Control sports budget including ISAC fees, equipment and travel cost
• Inspect and maintain sports venues and equipment

6. External Communication
• Connect with school management, parents, peer schools and ISAC officials.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in sports or education related majors
• 3+ years sports administration experience in international schools
• Familiar with ISAC rules and tournament operation
• Good English communication, budget and event arranging ability
• Able to work on weekends and travel for competitions
